01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 99bon ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 99bon website located at https://99bon.cc and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 99bon Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 99bon Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 99bon.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 99bon Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 99bon. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing bets.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 99bon or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 99bon, or an immediate family member of any such person.

99bon reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 99bon Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 99bon immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from 99bon's negligence.

99bon reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99bon Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 99bon does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your 99bon wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• 99bon does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 99bon may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 99bon reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• 99bon is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.

Any funds deposited into your 99bon account that remain unused for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. 99bon will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 99bon Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 99bon does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 99bon reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed prior to bet confirmation.
• 99bon reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as published on the Platform.
• For live in-play betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

99bon's decision on all betting matters, including settlement of disputed bets, is final and binding. Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly may submit a formal dispute through the Platform's support channels within seven (7) days of settlement.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99bon may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each bonus will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• 99bon reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other manipulative practices — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be closed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.

99bon's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final. Players are encouraged to contact support if they have questions about bonus eligibility before claiming any offer.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bon Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 99bon and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 99bon complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 99bon account, or accessing any account that does not belong to you.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to 99bon support immediately.

08 Responsible Gaming

99bon is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-excluded players must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.

09 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99bon.
• The 99bon name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 99bon. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 99bon regarding the Platform may be used by 99bon without restriction or compensation to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99bon's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99bon account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99bon shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 99bon's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 99bon's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy

99bon collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

99bon will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

99bon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99bon will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 99bon, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 99bon from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
